Excellent hot breakfast.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, and rooms were clean.

Fun getaway with my kids. They loved the temperature of the pool. The staff were all very nice.

Upon arriving at the hotel, i was greeted by a very courteous, smiling hotel employee. She very efficiently registered me, gave me my room key and explained the facilities to me. She explained how to get to the elevator, what the facilities were, and the menu and the time that breakfast is served. She pointed out that the pool was an indoor pool, and the times to avail ourselves of it.. She explained that the hotel staff were there 24/7, should we need them. I settled into my room,...

The entrance is blocked by nearby construction. Difficult to come and go during the day. Sort of sketchy neighborhood. Room and staff met expectations. Good pool but shared by 2 hotels and very crowded. Decent room for the price, would probably stay here again after nearby construction is done.

Great hotel! It was clean, and looked almost new! The hotel staff told me they were going to be renovating soon even though it definitely doesn’t look like it needs it, but I’m happy to see they take pride in the appearance of the hotel. All Embassy Suites are offering free hot breakfast daily (omelet station, waffles/pancakes, etc.) AND a daily happy hour! It not in the middle of downtown but only about 10 minutes away and the price reflects that. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone...

First time staying at this chain, I was pleasantly very surprised, everything was wonderful. Room big and clean. Bed very comfortable. Location was great. Definitely would stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised by this property! Great location if you are going to Maverick Arena, it is walkable. Rooms were clean and updated. Staff was super helpful and friendly! And the breakfast bar was a bonus.

After I checked in and gave the key to my husband, he walked down the hall, and as I watched him, I knew I could not make it that far, I just stood there and the clerk who checked us in came to me and asked if he could help me. I told him I just couldn't walk that far, so he took my bag and went down the hall and talked with my husband, soon my clerk came down the hall with a luggage cart, helped me on to it and PUSHED me down the call to our room, I do wish I had a picture of that as it had to...

Older but clean and neat

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff and hot breakfast. Will stay again!

Beautiful hotel. Keep in mind parking will cost you at least $24 a night. It’s not included in the stay. The room was really big, and we loved that they had an adult only hour at the pool.

Didn’t really care for the remodel in the lobby, I loved it as it was before! The staff was amazing!

Location was exceptional. Parking garage fees were reasonable. Room was incredibly clean, beds /pillows significantly better than most hotels.

Everything excellent. My only complain is that the rooms have carpet and there is always some smell when you enter the room.
