The building is dated and has a funky smell in the halls. Lots of hot water and pressure. Location is good for an evening walk to restaurants. The place is in the best location on a privileged sector of Belem with lots of beautiful cafes , restaurants and cute stores , in fact , it is few blocks from the Basilica and approximately 20 minutes away from the Docas and “Ver o Peso” market, which I love to visit every tim in Belem .

"Property is just fine, it’s a old hotel, a bit worn but still good you can’t beat it’s proximity to the Belem international airport, everything works in the room cold AC , hot water, and clean, restaurant right there on the property with good healthy food, staff friendly, good safe security in the lobby and out front all for a bargain price "
