"Booked our stay on expedia. Was charged for the room by the hotel because they said there w a s a glitch in their system and it didn't show. After proving to them it was already booked, they said it finally showed up and reversed the charge back to my bank card. The receipt showed a card number I didn't recognize but they assured me it was an encrypted number so no one can get my information from my tap pay. Called my bank 2 days later to protest the charges because it had not gone back into my account. Bank said there is no different card number. Just be sure to watch ya money. To this day I have no clue where my money went."

"While the hotel itself met basic needs, there were several aspects of the experience that fell short. The lobby felt dated and in need of refreshing. On one evening, a homeless individual was in the lobby handling and playing with the sugar packets in the guest beverage area. The front desk attendant appeared aware of the situation but did not intervene, which raised concerns about cleanliness, guest comfort, and overall attentiveness to the common areas. Additionally, I was disappointed that a complimentary transfer to another nearby hotel within the same brand family was not available. My business was in South Baton Rouge, while this property was located in North Baton Rouge, making it less convenient for my stay. The surrounding area also felt somewhat isolated and appeared more rundown than expected, which detracted from the overall experience. I will be more cautious when choosing and not make this mistake again. Not recommended."

"It’s a okay place to stay the staff was very nice and helpful the rooms were not as clean as they should have been we stayed for a week and housekeeping never cleaned the room we had to ask for towels everyday empty our own garbage cans we had even put the clean please tag on the door when we left for the day only to come back and nothing was done to it"

"The facility was clean, the staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient. The only negative was that the only functional ice machine was on the first floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there in the future should the opportunity arise."
