"We have traveled thru the area before and Serena is such a great place we have returned. The room is spacious, the mattresses very comfortable. The breakfast is a real stand out. Staff is so helpful and it's very very quiet. Be aware this is not a new motel, and there are signs of its age. There are a few spots on the carpet, but it's very clean and smells great! We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area."

"Cabin 1 - The good: Quiet, peaceful and clean. Comfortable bed, good heating and AC. Small kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and sink. Big TV. The possible issues: Not handicapped accessible due to stairs into the cabin; very small shower. Also concerned with access if raining and you don't have 4W drive, due to DG/gravel road to cabin, but it was dry when we were there. Biggest complaint is there is no mirror besides the one in the bathroom, so getting ready for the day was a bit difficult; also I didn't see a hair dryer, but traveled with one, so all was well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay."
