The property was about 5 mins from Clemson, 30 mins from Anderson, 45 mins from Greenville. Great location. We were on college tours. This hotel was the perfect location. Clean, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable beds. The only complaint is the "toddler" size toilets in the rooms.Being 6ft tall, was not conducive to the use the smaller toilet. Of course this is meant to bring laughter but seriously if you are taller just be prepared. They did have restrooms in the lobby that were "normal'...

It is a still working mill and together Mike and Linda team up to provide excellent and healthy food using the mill as well and old cook books. Dinner was fabulous and breakfast was a surprise each time. The house is old obviously, but is kept very clean. We even got clean towels daily! We certainly recommend to have a romantic dinner on the day of arrival sitting at the porch overlooking the waterfall!
