"Overall the room was clean snd updated. The biggest disappointment was the food at the restaurant. The food was lacking in flavor for Southern Cuisine. Very disappointing for $30.00 per person. Will definitely stay again but will skip the restaurant."

"As we were in town for graduation it was wonderful to be so close to everything on Clemson’s campus. Our stay was excellent. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and bright. We were assigned a first floor room with outdoor access which made the stay absolutely perfect as I was traveling with a large dog. It was so easy to take him in and out for walks. We didn’t use the pool but the outdoor area around the pool was perfect for those walks. There were plenty of pet waste stations (stocked well with bags) spread around. The property was well lit making night time walks in unfamiliar areas much less stressful. It is so hard to find pet-friendly hotels. The James F. Martin Inn is a wonderful place to stay especially if you are traveling with a pet."
