The staff was attentive and professional from Check-in through check out. The staff remembered who we were and accommodated all of our requests. Covid precautions were in place. The room is well appointed and very comfortable. The food at the restaurant (Willow) was outstanding. The spa area and “aqua terrace” (hot tub) were relaxing and delightful. We will definitely go back.
The Harlow House is a unique, modern hotel. The room was clean, beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. We really enjoyed the king bed and spacious bathroom. Air conditioning worked great and kept us comfortable. Check in was easy. The owner was attentive and quick to respond. The hotel is stunning, situated in the middle of the woods on a quiet, and well kept plot of land. We awoke to a serene setting featuring a family of deer grazing in the nearby woods. It’s only a few minutes drive to...
We arrive early and I asked the receptionist who by the way is the nicest most accomodating person(sorry, I forgot her name)ever, and she gave us a room early in which we we appreciate and thankful for. The reason I gave 3 stars is because our door the bolt doesn't lock and the bathtub is clogged. But otherwise all are definetely great!
Our second time staying here was even more lovely than the first! We brought more family members after our great experience last year. We love the easy check in, cozy comfortable rooms, lots of extras (books and DVDs in the hallway, sweet treats downstairs and in the rooms) and Loretta is the BEST host! She makes an exquisite breakfast and accommodates our early start time. Can’t wait to stay here again.
Our second time visiting the Inn. Such a cute and cozy spot, real hidden gem if you're looking for a weekend escape from the city. The inn keeper Patti is super helpful and always makes sure we have the best plans while in town! Rooms are clean with a homey feel and the beds are dreamy. We'll def be back for our now annual visit to Pine Plains.
One of the coolest and most accommodating places I have ever stayed. If you are coming to Woodstock are even thinking about it this is the place for you. All the rooms are unique, they are super clean and look exactly like they do online. The owner is amazing and she will point you in the right direction for whatever you are looking to do in town. Seriously cannot recommend enough and can’t wait to come back.
I was in the lower level suite with king size bed, living room and kitchen. It certainly went beyond my expectations and was very affordable. The historic house is beautifully renovated with attention to detail. To Make matters even better , there's an unbelievable French restaurant one block away. In addition it is in a very safe neighborhood.
I highly recommend this property unless you have any mobility issues. The driveway is incredibly steep as are the stairs. If you have someone to drop...
Gorgeous property right on the rail trail. Small but nicely appointed co-ed spa. Extremely comfy bed and high end linens. Record player and classic records in the room a cool touch.
Charming well-kept little motel in a great location. Friendly helpful staff, nice continental breakfast in cute retro “coffee shop”. Comfortable bed, very clean.
