"We loved the place service was great for the most part, the only issue I had was one of the front desk ladies, every time I called down to see if they can notice valet to bring our car she would have a smart remark to make forcing us to come down and call the car while the first day we checked in that’s not what was told to us. Our first day they said if you need your car just call us and we will notify valet, that lady is as if I would bother her it happened twice with her. We stayed from 12/20 to 12/27. The other issue we had because we had 2 rooms once in a while the room key to my kids room would not work it started becoming frustrating in the end."
