Excellent 1 night stay!! My wife had read a bunch of negative reviews online.. Her concerns were quickly it to rest as this hotel was very nice!! Full breakfast which made our morning great as we were heading out on a 450mi drive home.. highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great hotel!!!

Stayed for 7 nights.. Room was clan and comfortable. Free breakfast was very good. Having coffee, tea and fruit available 24/7 was very nice. Staff was very friendly and knew the area....

We have no complaints at all! Parking was easy, breakfast was delicious, staff were all so nice! Our room was clean, and we thought the beds were really comfortable.

The area is terrible but this hotel is very nice. Not their fault it’s in Martinsburg.

Such a beautiful place, clean and right beside the State Park. We enjoyed a Roman bath and drinking the mineral water. The food was great at the restaurant.

Very good value for the money. Also pet friendly - my dog highly recommends staying here.

I went to the vending machine, did not find what I wanted. Night manager called my room and asked if he could help. Now THATS service!

Is a nice, clean hotel. The fridge also had a freezer which is great for keeping ice packs frozen! Many amenities. Slept very well! Breakfast was good. The staff at breakfast were very nice and friendly- especially the lady with light-up Christmas antlers on her head!! Would definitely stay again. The only negative was the $50 per fee, which I believe would’ve been for each day.

This hotel was very clean. I reviewed a lot of hotels in the area. It took me awhile to find one with good reviews. I was very happy with this hotel. They had a good breakfast as well. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff! Clean comfy room! Nice price! Only complaint no elevator for second floor rooms and no automatic door in entry. Had to struggle with dog on a leash and bags trying to open the tiny door into the lobby.

Clean room, quiet. TV with lots of changes and a guide. Just what we needed for a layover. I wish they would pick up the building materials trash around the place.

Red Roof Inn is almost always guaranteed to be a good choice. They're never expensive but always better than other low priced competitors. This location is the same. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff polite and helpful.

Hotel was kept very clean and nice. Signs about expectations of noise level and appropriate behavior. Which we loved as we were having long days out and needed very quiet evenings and nights for our kids. It was the perfect place for a large family to stay!

Located within the mall complex and really convenient off I81

Clean, comfortable beds, safe and great value. Would stay again.
