Awesome would go back and use again

This hotel has been completely renovated. Everything in the room was new, including the bathroom fixtures. The bed was very comfortable. They offered us free water and coffee when we checked in. The elevator is not the most convenient to use, as it is about halfway back and not as near parking as one would like. We ended up using the stairs that were very convenient to our room. We had a great time we was traveling 4 a sad event and they let the kids enjoy themselves walking around and showing them everything. My mother and I got rooms right across hall and beside elevators, we have bad backs. It was the nicest 1 we have stayed at .and dove shampoos and conditioning and lotion which is my fave staff was nice and breakfast was good ty planning on staying again my next trip

Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and knew us by name. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had all we needed. We have a handicapped child and they ensured that they talked to him and made eye contact. The staff really seemed to enjoy their work and serving the guest. Room was spotless and hotel cleaning ladies were very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. About 25 minutes from Downtown Memphis, but was well worth the drive where it was...
