Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay.
Had a great time staying at Sierra Inn during a fishing trip. The rooms are renovated and everything was clean and working well. It's been very quiet and peaceful during the night and you can hear the river flowing outside. Behind the motel there's a beautiful patio area with grill and picnic tables right by the river which we gladly used during our stay. Would stay here next time I'm around the area.
This is a family owned lodge, and yes it feels like home, the owner is always helpful and friendly and run the business with hearts and effort!
Visited there last weekend! During the winter storm, wow it's been a long time since last time I saw this much snow, so fun, but almost got stuck in Tahoe LOL, 50/88/80 were all closed and waited 3 hour to get out.

We loved staying here! Unfortunately we had a last minute change to our stay but Dana was able to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. The room was spacious and we appreciated the tea and coffee service. Super comfortable bed after a long road trip. Very convenient to the Whole Foods and area restaurants. Incredibly quiet room. Desk is only open from 7am to 9pm. We typically arrive late, so thankfully we got in around 8:30 pm! I get cold seats even now at how close we were to sleeping in our car!

We stayed at this property 6 years ago when it was affiliated with our timeshare. We liked it then, but we really loved our stay this time. Love the ambiance, but not crazy about additional charge for parking & additional charge for breakfast. Those were not charged before. But, overall, it was a great stay.
