"El Hotel en General esta Muy Bonito 👌 y lo malo fue una confusion q me cobraron 2 Veces el value d la habitacion"

"Th pictures online are very deceiving. This hotel was run-down and not kept clean. We stayed 1 night and I couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. Our room was dirty, and smelled like old pee. The curtains looked like they had blood on them and the bathroom shower felt like a film of scum was left on it. While it’s a cheap hotel, not worth the stay, imo."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Woburn, MA. The area is beautiful and very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean, and the ambiance throughout the property was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Noisy kids all over the hotel, poorly disciplined, running around hallways, loud talkers, etc. "

"Parking lot was nice and had awning coverage around the perimeter of the lot, but it wasn’t connected to the actual front door so for ME, traveling on a rainy day, it wasn’t really beneficial. But for someone on a sunny and hot day, it could be. Think of a drive in, like sonic or something. The car ports have coverage but you still have no coverage when you have to walk to the building. Kinda like that. We spent Mother’s day morning there before check out, the breakfast was……a hotel breakfast… to say the least. But when we arrived the night before they had a handy print out of all the local eateries. It was a swift check in, liability was only $30, there’s a Costco next door. And easssssyyyyy access to the highways. Would stay again"

"Everything was fine!!"

"The staff were very rude. I had 2 reservations with individuals checking in at different times. When it came time to check in for the second reservation, I was told it was cancelled. I gave them the confirmation number for both reservations and I was told it was cancelled. I called Expedia and they verified it wasn’t cancelled an attempted to call the hotel but they wouldn’t pick up the phone. When they finally agreed to give me the room for my second reservation, they first gave me the keys to a room that was occupied! I finally received my room 2 hours after I arrived at the hotel. On top of all of this, they wouldn’t even give my elderly mother water while checking in! "
