"Overall, it was a nice stay. We did not have house keeping a single time, during our 5 night stay. After calling and requesting it twice, they only showed up one time t almost 9pm. Bu that time, we were back on property and kids were asleep. We were ensured they would be there the following day, we still did not receive services. According to the stay policy, they were to have provided services every other day. When new linens were requested, they only brought us 4 towels, and were told that was all they could provide. We were told they could not provide us fresh wash cloths or hand towels, and could not provide a reason."
