"Location was great, restaurant was good, very clean and the hotels’ condition was kept up well. It would of been nice to have at least a continental breakfast!"

"Water in bath tub was dirty with lots of iron coming out. When complained to staff they mentioned they can not relocate me or resolve the issue. They asked me to feel free to find different accommodation and check out from the room. I has such terrible experience with Hilton property in my multiple stays with them"

"did not eat there however the chairs in the dining area and lobby are in horrid condition!!!! the red vinyl fabric is worn through and definately need to be replaced. the bed in our room was too tall. Need a step stool to get in - it looked like two box springs where stacked, plus the mattress on top. I'm 5'2" and ended up sleeping on the couch and my husband who is 5'8" ended up sleeping on the floor."

"My room wasn't cleaned the first 5 days of my stay even though I asked Lizzie to have it cleaned once. Upon my room finally being cleaned, on the the 6th day of my 7 day stay, things went missing from my room and I had to file a police report for over 2 dozen missing credit cards. I advised the front desk of my missing items, they advised me that management is not in until 9am, it is now 1230pm and no one has reached out from the property. This was by far the worst stay I have had anywhere even before my property went missing. "

"Very pleased with my stay with the exception of being woken up at 4am by what sounded like a vacuum and house keeping preparing a room. I did call the front desk and they had it cease immediately."
