"I had a terrible experience! I had bed bugs crawling all over me!!!! With bites on my leg the next morning my hot tub was broken NASTY WORK!!!!! And the manager of the property will not call me at all for some reason! And all I asked for was a refund!!!!! But it’s cool you can talk to me now or we will definitely talk later!!!!!"

"overall good stay but the batteries in my tv remote were dead. house keeping should check those things while cleaning the rooms. i mentioned it so the front desk and they had them replaced but no apology for the inconvenience was issued."

"Parking was not free. They charged us $25 port day when it clearly started that parking was free when we booked the hotel"

"The rooms was dirty the staff is rude. They was sitting in front of me talking about how she call the police on a customer because she doesn’t argue with customers. Which that’s something that should be talked about in private. I wasn’t offer another room. The lady at the desk said I would be refunded.now I called to see where was my refund now she’s telling me I have to contact the 3rd party "

"Room was clean. , pool was closed for a significant amount of time. Could not get the staff to give a call when it would be open. Once it open it uncomfortably cold!!! Disappointed! "

"The property had just recently completed a complete renovation. The lobby, rooms, bar/restaurant were immaculate, well-furnished and well maintained. Some sections of the exterior were still being renovated (pool area). The American flag flying in front of the facility was beyond repair and should be replaced or at the least taken down."
