"I really don’t feel this particular hotel should qualify as a Best Western Plus. It’s definitely not a step up class wise from a regular Best Western. I’ve stayed in some Plus that were quite nice this is not one of them. Very dated! The breakfast had lots of selections but the hot food was not very good (in our opinion). The large parking lot for campers is at either end of the hotel. A little inconvenient but ok. However, call ahead to make sure there is room left for you and your size camper is suggested. "

"The staff were pleasant to work with and the room (King Leisure) was nice a spacious. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was not in operation, as that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel."

"This is quite possibly the nicest Hampton Inn we have ever been in. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean, updated, nice staff, great breakfast, comfortable beds, etc. It is also located in a beautiful setting not far from a very nice winery. And bonus!....the hotel has a wine bar located inside."

"My husband and I travel frequently and have not spent really any time in a Hilton hotel. We stayed here from Thursday, March 5 through Tuesday, March 10. I absolutely, without doubt, have to say that going forward, I don’t think I can stay at anything other than a Hilton hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Hanes Mall was 100% the cleanest and best experience we have ever had. The staff was more than courteous and kind; the room was amazing; the morning staff at breakfast and the staff at the bar at night went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and wanted. Thank you for an amazing stay and we will definitely be back as our granddaughter lives in the apartments next door. My only regret right now is that I cannot remember anyone’s name that we encountered except for Ellen at breakfast as I would love to acknowledge each and every one of them. I also remember Thomas who I encountered that was incredibly helpful and helping me find a trail to walk on in the mornings. Thank you again for. An incredible experience and again, we will be back!!"

"Very quaint, older property. In good condition. Very friendly, helpful staff. Was a little worried about location right next to a truckstop, but we had no issue with noise over night "

"The property was decent, but the elevator was outdated and the shower wasn’t as clean as I expected, I took a shower with my sock's. There were a few outside bugs coming out in the room,However, there were many shopping areas nearby. "

"The staff was great in very understanding about things my family enjoyed the stay the only problem was the people over us was so loud jumping around but it was still a great stay "
