"Great place for families, especially if you have kids! There are lots of activities and entertainment for children, which makes the stay really enjoyable. My main complaints were about the room. The TV was above the fireplace and the screen had a strong purple tint, probably from the heat, so it was difficult to watch. The pillows were very uncomfortable and too firm, the mattress wasn’t great, and the mattress protector had several tears. Other than those issues, everything else was good. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars and would recommend it for families."

"The hotel it self is very clean the staff are very respectful and welcoming from the butler to the cleaning crew love them down the pool was perfect warm although it was raining I was still in there perfect 10 out of 10.."
