"The location of the room was wonderful. The room was comfortable. The jacuzzi tub/shower combo isn't good. It is very difficult to get in and out of. Towels were clean, but very dingy in color. The couch cushions are sinking so cardboard is there to make it more firm. We paid over $400 per night, so we had hoped for a little more, but it's my understanding that renovations are coming."

"Unit was clean but outdated. Hotel gave good instructions for check in and out since there is no manned front desk. Our unit was 113, was part of an older apartment complex that transitioned into a hotel. Beds were very hard and the pillows were flimsy and thin. Location was good, walkable to downtown Brown County main area. Overall hotel was fine for one night we needed due to concert."
