"I am very well traveled and have stayed in luxury home and abroad.I have never stayed in a hotel that was more accommodating in every way.May I suggest you visit the spa.My partner and I experienced the couples massage and thoroughly enjoyed it.The grounds are beautiful and if you can get a room with a balcony facing the mountain it’s break! "We were in a room for a disabled person. We did not enjoy it and it was very inconvenient. Also, at check-in, I had to get a luggage cart, load it and had to take it to our room—I am a senior citizen! The TV selection was very poor and had too many sports channels. At check-out I had to load the luggage cart and load the luggage into my car. There wasn’t a refrigerator in our room. Your outdoor lighting around the trees was not working properly. In summary, we were very disappointed in the professionalism and quality of our stay and request a refund."
