Very good place to stay…wonderful breakfast,clean rooms,courteous staff,Excellent location 😊😊

Didn't like the train whistle early a.m. but it was over quickly and I was able to get back to sleep. The young man at the desk was very helpful and came to my room to help me figure out how to turn on bedside lamps. The sink in the bathroom is too small to hold my makeup but that's minor. All in all, a good stay.

The room was clean and either newer or recently remodeled. This layout uses the new compact style of newer hotel rooms where every inch is used, and while it is small, it's still easy to move around. At check-in, we were given a bag with two bottled waters, some chips, and a granola bar, and there were also cookies available at the counter, along with popcorn. The walk-in shower was large, and the water pressure was decent. The TV only offered cable channels with no streaming options. The...

Great hotel and very clean

There is an EV charger which was super helpful as we were able to charge our new electric vehicle overnight! Also loved the many choices at breakfast.

This hotel was conveniently located. It was very clean and updated. This hotel had a shuttle service that was fast and friendly. We went to dinner the night we got there and the State Capitol the next morning using the shuttle. Loved it! A great service to provide. Breakfast was good and service staff was very nice. All the staff was helpful with all of our needs. I would stay again!

Beautiful hotel inside, convenient to stores and dining in the area but if you feel like staying in, this hotel has everything you need. Very clean, nicely decorated and the staff were all very helpful and cheerful. Our room was right next to the elevator but was still very quiet. There's even a small lake and park only a couple of miles away. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here do to some research on my ancestors who helped form this area of WV. It's located by many restaurants, gas stations, grocery, and Kanawha library. It sits right off I-79, and very easy to get to other cities. Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms (clean too). I highly recommend this hotel to all.

Passing through and needed a room for 1 night. Check is was quick and easy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower had great pressure! In the morning, there are plenty of options for breakfast AND the breakfast area is clean and replenished often. We traveled with a dog and there is an area on the property to walk them. The area felt safe. Would stay here again.
