"We love this hotel and stay when ever we are in Cleveland. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. It is a lovely hotel, unique and clean. Everywhere you look the walls are filled with beautiful and interesting art. They have a fun little bar area and beautiful dining area with REAL plates and glasses (thank you). We were there at Christmas. It was decorated beautifully and the music in the lobby was tasteful and not overpowering. Only complaint is that the pillows were not very comfortable. Ill just bring in my own the next trip. "

"Stayed at this Hilton for the first time after a Browns game. Check-in was very busy and took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but with that many people checking in at once, it still went smoothly. I was able to get the room I wanted — high floor with a lake view, which was great. The front desk staff was helpful and gave good recommendations on where to eat since the hotel restaurant was extremely packed. The hotel itself was very nice and clean. Our room was clean, well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay here again."
