"Clean rooms - the only thing that was inconvenient was the shower faucet being on the side where the shower door is sealed. Have to step in the shower to turn on water faucet and water runs cold for a bit. Have to stay in the cold running water while turning water faucet. "

"An older property, but in really good shape. Our room was clean, spacious and decorated well. The check-in experience was a little bit weird. I think they need to revamp the "advanced check in" e-mail they send out one and two days before check-in, because it actually confused us to the point of wondering whether we actually had a reservation there. I ended up making an extra phone call to the hotel, just to be sure. Certainly doable, but it started us off with a poor impression of the hotel. But we survived that, and everything else was great."
