Perfect quiet inn for trips to MSU. Owners are very nice and helpful.

My daughter was in a softball camp at MSU. This was a great location! The breakfast at the hotel had a variety, for my picky crew. We will definitely be staying here again.

Only shortcomings of this hotel are the poor quality mattress on the sleep sofa and very small pool. Otherwise, the location is super convenient, breakfast is good though little change in menu day to day. Breakfast includes a unique pancake maker that turns out perfect pancakes every time, an appliance I've not yet seen at other hotels. Most important, the beds are comfortable and the rooms very quiet. I expect to stay at this hotel perhaps 20 times over the next 3 years.

We stayed for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday. Staff was very nice; breakfast daily was very good and the breakfast serving staff very police and cheerful! The complimentary cookies/sweets in the lobby at night was a nice touch which my husband and daughter enjoyed!

Was a great place to stay

The deposit for the property was really cheap. Only $25 a night which I was not expecting. The lobby of the hotel is very chic with a nice furniture and a beautiful sitting area. The pool and Jacuzzi were clean. Because of Covid my room was the only room allowed in the pool at the time and the privacy was nice. The concierge allowed us to do a late check out without an extra charge. Breakfast was just cold cereal and microwave sandwiches.I assume because of the pandemic. The only thing this...

Staff was amazing. We requested a crib and there was not one when we arrived at the room. Front desk got one within 5 minutes.

Your manager Brandy is exceptional. I’ve been to many Holiday Inn’s and this one deserves the upgrades that the others have had. The other staff is very happy and caring with the exception of night staff member Holly. She needs some re-training on customer care and friendliness.

I liked that it was kind of off the main grid of the city. Nice and quiet. Very clean

It was a new facility with a modern decor. Service was excellent and the staff were very accomodating. Only improvement opportunity would be to put a hair dryer in the room (not sure why we didn't have one) and breakfast options. When I went to check out a little after 10, there was no one in the lobby or at the front desk to get a coffee.

Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful. There is construction going on but nothing noisy and we were notified ahead of time so it wasn't a bother.

Very pleasant, comfortable bed, good temp. controls, nice and quiet.
