"Hotels card keys not working had to physically go down to front desk 5 times to have staff replace card no visible front desk line in sight. The cleaning staff never cleaned my room so sand accumulated all them days even on bed very uncomfortable a cleaning person asked if I wanted my room clean and I said yes they said later because they had a lot of rooms ahead only to see they did go but only to empty trash. Last night stay woke up to no electricity had to pack at 4am in the morning in the dark had to use stairs from third floor with all my luggage my 11 year old tripped and fell on last step going down stairs because no lights in the stairway when I asked front desk they said it was a schedule power outage I was never notified of this scheduled outage it’s crazy and completely outrageous. I had never had such a horrible experience I will be notifying everyone I know including my corporation of this unprofessional and unacceptable service honestly a hazard should really shut it down if it can’t be maintained or handled appropriately."

"The room we got overlooked a wall and air condition vents. There were dirty bathing suits or underwear on the cement ground. The people above us were feeding the sea gulls so there was a lot of noise and food debris. The air condition in the room was not cooling. I spoke to Josh and he was very apologetic and assigned us another room. The breakfast buffet was good and the price very reasonable. We didn't have a beach view from our room, but we were still able to see a beautiful sunset. I really like the fact that quiet time was observed. Beach access was easy and so were the chair and umbrella rental. Staff was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. Other than the first room fiasco, our stay was good and we will be back."

"Smell like ass, bed hard asf, waffles stail and old, no other good breakfast besides old man cereal, curtains didn't close, outside was cover by fences, parking horrible, bedsheets were never new just used again. "
