This property was amazing! Staff was great, very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, dinner and drinks! I would definitely recommend staying here ...and Iwould stay here again

It was very clean

We stayed at Candlewood while our son played in a golf tournament. Our stay was great. Felt welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Studio Suite with a kitchenette. Size of room was plenty and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed 4 nights and will book again for next year.

I stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend 2023 as this was the cheapest option I could find. I did not feel I sacrafied anything tho. The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This hotel is located on a busy route so it can be noisy with the traffic, trucks, and trains. Riverside Hotel was clean and quiet. I slept well every night. Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

Even though the weather was poor, we still enjoyed our stay. The great location made it so easy to still go places in bad weather.

The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. Conference was at the hotel, valet service was excellent.

Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.

Hotel only a short walk to all the fun in New Orleans...room was a little outdated...just to note the balcony rooms are shared..our neighbor didn't see why she could drag our metal chair set onto her side! Valet guys super welcoming...concierge was helpful..reception clerk not so friendly or welcoming....overall we had a great time but spent most of our time out of the hotel.. Was quite pricey for what it was but then it was Jazzfest and all hotels were pricey!

Loved our stay.. the hotel is beautiful and it’s a plus that a restaurant was connected. The location was perfect for us
