This property was amazing! Staff was great, very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, dinner and drinks! I would definitely recommend staying here ...and Iwould stay here again

It was very clean

We stayed at Candlewood while our son played in a golf tournament. Our stay was great. Felt welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Studio Suite with a kitchenette. Size of room was plenty and had all the comforts of home. Kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed 4 nights and will book again for next year.

Even though the weather was poor, we still enjoyed our stay. The great location made it so easy to still go places in bad weather.

I stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend 2023 as this was the cheapest option I could find. I did not feel I sacrafied anything tho. The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This hotel is located on a busy route so it can be noisy with the traffic, trucks, and trains. Riverside Hotel was clean and quiet. I slept well every night. The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. Hotel only a short walk to all the fun in New Orleans...room was a little outdated...just to note the balcony rooms are shared..our neighbor didn't see why she could drag our metal chair set onto her side! Valet guys super welcoming...concierge was helpful..reception clerk not so friendly or welcoming....overall we had a great time but spent most of our time out of the hotel.. Was quite pricey for what it was but then it was Jazzfest and all hotels were pricey!

Frist off the people working their were very helpful and friendly the was very clean. The breakfast was good the two women working the area keep it clean and full of food. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable, the bathroom was separated from the bedroom area it also had a small sofa pull out bed. Free wifi nice tv nice desk and chair. The service was excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and very accommodating. The property is a little outdated but the room rates are reasonable. Our room was clean, bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I was a little afraid because other people gave a crappy rating but you get what you pay for.
