Beautiful property and wonderful staff

Very nice, new ,easy in and out. Friendly staff. Only thing i dislike about most newer hotels are the very loud CLICKING locks.

The front desk long hair guy, has an extremely professional and kind attitude, he makes you feel at home, what a display of customer skills. The breakfast is outstanding.

We have a great experience in this hotel. Actually this is the second time we stay here. The room is very clean, the beds are well made, super soft bedsheets. They are dog friendly with several pet stations around the building. The breakfast is amazing, they offer full buffet and every day there are a few different items changed in the menu (great Frittata and the Quiche!!) We booked sight unseen and were not disappointed at all. We stayed for the bulk of our vacation and used the hotel as our home base to explore the Asheville and Bryson City area. Breakfast was a highlight along with a clean comfortable quiet room. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay. There are two Hampton Inn’s with Biltmore in the name. This is the one further from the estates.

This hotel is consistantly clean and the staff friendly. I like the convenience of being near the Asheville Outlet Mall and Biltmore Estate. My family enjoys the breakfast. The only complaint I have is that the mattresses are too firm to be comfortable for my family.

This was a quite nice hotel, especially for the price. I enjoyed my stay here very much, but there was not very much parking considering the size of the hotel. It's located in kind of a weird spot near the back of the hotel lots, but did have a nice view of the highway leading into the mountains - plus a toyota dealership.

If you are going to the Biltmore House, this is absolutely a great hotel to stay. The estate entrance is only a 5-min drive away. The hotel is only a few blocks from shopping and dining in Biltmore Village. The hotel is clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were kept in good condition, and I saw a pool maintenance person while I was there so I know they keep up with it. Super clean hotel and room with a great view of the Biltmore! Excellent service! The only complaint is road noise … nonstop because of location.
