Hotels in Leicester

Very nice, new ,easy in and out. Friendly staff. Only thing i dislike about most newer hotels are the very loud CLICKING locks.

The front desk long hair guy, has an extremely professional and kind attitude, he makes you feel at home, what a display of customer skills. The breakfast is outstanding.

Great place to stay. There are two Hampton Inn’s with Biltmore in the name. This is the one further from the estates.

Super clean hotel and room with a great view of the Biltmore! Excellent service! The only complaint is road noise … nonstop because of location.

Place is well taken care of. The staff was very helpful.

The sliding door to the cabana needs some attention as it was difficult to open.

too many dogs...I don't understand why people can't leave their dogs at home...I don't like being in rooms where dogs have been staying

Obviously a fairly recent remodel. Room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfy. Fitting with the “Spark by Hilton” brand. Only minor complaint was there as a fairly busy road next to the hotel and you could occasionally hear road noise, but not enough to truly bother me. Plenty of parking.

Great ending to a long day!

Visit was amazing. Zero complaints and a beautiful view from our room. Breakfast was fresh and great for a quick bite. Several restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes from downtown. Will be staying here again.

Stayed there when Hurricane Helene . Whole area, including hotel lost power. They couldn’t put out any coffee or any other hot items, but they put out boxes of cereal & fruit wvery morning and I stayed there for 3 days w no power before escaping to Charlotte. Food of any kind appreciated w all stores & restaurants closed. Staff did their best in a bad situation. The young woman at the front desk was particularly great - she was stuck at hotel too, unable to get home due to flooding.

The property is very nice. Old historic hotel. Beautiful building. The area around the property is very beautiful. Amazing lake and views of the lake. A sort of spiritual retreat where God is emphasized and you can experience his goodness in all the beauty and nature of the place. Highly recommend to anyone seeking renewing of spirit and peace for your soul

The property was so amazing! We absolutely loved the showers and the decor of the room was very modern and comfortable. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Maggie Valley.
