"The hotel was overall okay. It appeared clean and well-maintained, and the check-in and check-out process was very fast and efficient, which I appreciated. However, there was a noticeable and somewhat unpleasant smell in the corridors, likely from the cleaning detergent. While cleanliness is important, the strong odor made the experience slightly less comfortable."

"Very nice staff and clean hotel! They were able to accommodate my mother who is disabled and she really enjoyed her stay with her dogs she loves the Sonesta now she says she only wants to stay with them now lol we will def be back & use them anytime visiting Chicago "
