Room was clean and comfortable - everything we were looking for!

The check in process was the best. We we in town several hours before the check in time, but would not be back until 11pm and the gave us the keys to our room and we signed the paperwork so we were able to just go to our room when we got there later. I have stayed here many times and never had a complaint.

New hotel, very clean. Friendly staff, good breakfast choices.

Loved the river view

I arrived late in the evening. The young man was helpful but could have been more friendly. The room was outstanding, extremely clean and quiet. It had a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Who could want more? The breakfast was wonderful and the lady serving it was kind and personable. It was a primo stay.

Something I like about this hotel, but can't put my finger on it. Could be because it's very clean and the beds are very comfortable. Being a Holiday Inn, you don't expect much, but this hotel seems to hit the mark. It's a mile or so out of town, but close enough to not make it much of an issue. They also have a bar/restaurant on site. They serve cold beer and ok food. Good enough if you don't want to venture out of the hotel late in the day.

Reviews sold me on trying this older style motel and they were right-on. From the time Emily checked us in until we left, it was a very enjoyable experience. The owners take a very hands on friendly pride in their property and it shows. The beautiful pine furniture and embroidered sheets were a homey touch. Enjoy your stay.

Great weekend getaway! Convenient slope side location, nice pool area, friendly staff, great onsite bar with a yummy chocolate martini.

Incredible customer service. The staff was so friendly and full of information about Steamboat. We also were shocked at how big and beautiful the room we stayed in was (Building 1).

Rooms were large, clean and modern. Bathrooms have a lot of counter space and rain shower fixture was delightful after a long day of skiing. Location to the ski area is excellent, one exit away.

Beautiful area, very nice resort in a ski area. Although we are here in June Steamboat Springs is beautiful. Lots of hiking, shopping and dining options!
