"Street parking can be difficult in the area. Hotel location is not in the best neighborhood. There is an underground garage nearby that charges roughly $25. The hotel is relatively new and has a large breakfast dining area. The lobby has a market and free coffee/tea/hot water."

"Terrible experience. Floor smelled like weed. Bug in my shower. Yelling and fighting at 2am in the hall way for over an hour. Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL "

"Since they have a rooftop bar upstairs. They do not have security guards or anything protecting there venue. And their elevators have no security access tap. Anyone can have access to any floor at any given time. During my visit on the night of 5/2/26. A lady from the rooftop bar was so incoherent that she fell asleep in the elevator. As the elevator came to my floor I stepped in to ask how she was doing. She started cussing me out but couldn’t even get up. Then she tried to follow me around in the lobby limping and stumbling. I asked the front desk to call police or something since they didn’t have security. They didn’t do anything. This hotel has no respect for its paying customers. Will not return. For $300/night you do not get treated well. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. I even asked the front desk to have a manager speak to me when they arrived. And no manager ever emailed, called or texted me. I assume this type of event happens often. Don’t recommend staying here for anyone that needs a safe hotel to stay at."

"Very noisy and the TV kept cutting off and there were no streaming apps, no Netflix as it was an old TV. No Microwave in the room but there was a small fridge. The sheets were clean but the comforters had a lot of cigarette burns on it. The one thing, the bathroom was very clean."

"This place appeared great; however, there were several disappointments. The room was large but there was no comfortable seating. There was only a very uncomfortable sofa with ample room for a chair. As a reader, I always look for that. When I booked it, rooms appeared to have chairs. When I queried the staff, they told me that they were removing the chairs - however, other open rooms had chairs!! It has a kitchen with utensils but no table to dine. In addition, the wine bar was not open most times. It has the opportunity to be a great place, but is sorely lacking!!"
