"Be aware that when you arrive it’s a thousand dollar hold on your card to reside there that you pay upfront. I wasn’t aware of that nor did it have it in the policy I read. But on another note, I loved my stay. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly. The rooms were immaculate and room service was top tier! The pool was always warm due to the heat outside. The best time in my opinion to swim was when the sun went down! Overall 10/10 would recommend!"

"We had a great stay at the Arizona Grand Resort and Spa. Our family of five enjoyed the room and comfortable beds, multiple pool options, beautiful palm trees and buildings, and the Oasis Water Park! We were there in 115 degree temps and the AC in the room worked fabulously when we needed a reprieve. The beds were super comfy and despite our room being located adjacent to water park, it was very quiet. There was something for everyone at the water park-from lounging in the shade and floating the lazy river...to our whole family taking turns going down the slides...to playing volleyball for hours!!!!....to a poolside movie night one of the nights we were there. The only negative is that the food/drink costs at the hotel were overly pricey. Thank you for a great stay!"
