This motel was great! You can’t beat the location for Ludlow and it made for a cozy, winter stay. Our experience at the outdoor fire pits at the bar was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back!
When I walked in the door I was dumbfounded with the size of the room, it was huge to call it a room does not do it justice. 2 stories, full living and dining room, you have to call it a villa, or a house I'd live in!

Super Hotel it has been around since 1828. Lovely fireplace in the room and plenty of wood. You can actually see it in a Budweiser commercial. That tells you how pretty the locale is to experience. The service was nice as where the people. Woodstock proper is a 10 minute drive, so you definitely need a car but I found the location wonderful.
This was a very nice and clean hotel. The front desk woman was very kind, helpful and even gave our girls candy when they got towels for the pool.
I have zero complaints except that the bathroom has the sliding barn door and it was not private AT ALL! Otherwise it was a great stay for one night.
Enjoyed my late season short stay here. Nice to have a tuning room with a platform. Close to K-1, closer to Ramshead and Snowshed. Right next to Rivershed restaurant which was nice. Late check in was easy. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Continental breakfast is what you’d expect. All told, will come back if the price is right.
We had an appointment at Dartmouth and this was the perfect place. We will certainly stay there again. I only wish we’d arrived there earlier in the day.

This is the second time we've stayed in a Suite room. King sized bed in the BR; kitchen with full-sized appliances, LR with pull-out Queen sofa, gas fireplace, bathroom with jetted tub! Very comfortable and fully equipped. Small things were so helpful - like doormats for dirty boots, a bench for putting on boots, a closet for skis, complementary packages of New England coffee, Aveda products in the bathroom, kitchen supplies like dish soap, dishwasher detergent, sponge, towels. We were extremely impressed with the Sleep Woodstock Motel! If you get the chance- you need to book this place! Rooms were spacious and super clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Room had a fully stocked coffee bar; bathroom had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Each room also has a retro mini fridge with a freezer, microwave, and coffeemaker. Always love this location. Very convenient for our trips to Vt. Cell service in general is spotty. I really rely on the WiFi. That needs to be better in this hotel. It was not working while I was there.

I want to start by pointing out that the staff at the hotel were above and beyond PHENOMENAL, and I mean ALL THE STAFF.
I spent the weekend up there and got stuck with some car problems in a blizzard and dealt with everybody on the staff there. They were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry.
When I say all the staff, I mean all the staff!
