Nice hotel, good location, great breakfast, and super nice staff. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed in a standard queen room and it was spotless. The second thing I noticed was a Nespresso machine for my morning coffee I own one at home so made me feel right at home. As a woman traveling alone I loved the safety aspect of the parking garage. I will stay here again could not find negatives at all.

Always a nice stay

The hotel grounds were lovely, and the room was comfortable and spacious, but the overall service, while friendly, is not as good as it should be for the price. The front desk completely neglected to tell us about any of the "extras", like the free wine tastings at Ferrari-Carrano vineyards (value of $35 per person), the complimentary daily wine tasting at the hotel, and the corkage fee waiver at John Ashe for bottles purchased at Ferrari-Carrano ($25 value). It’s one of our favorite places to stay in the wine country. We have stayed several times over the years. The new restaurant is fabulous.

We spent a few nights for a weekend escape with our dog from San Francisco. The location is ideal for exploring the wineries in Sonoma and Healdsburg by car. The staff was extremely welcoming, and the property was clean and exactly what we were looking for during our brief staycation. There are food options and a casino nearby. I highly recommend this place for families, couples, and pet owners.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and bed was very comfy. Pool area was super nice and breakfast was great!

Front Desk staff, I think his name was Gerardo, was extremely helpful. The cleaning staff was running behind and our room was not ready when we arrived for check in, The situation was explained and after some work arounds, we were able to check-in. Given the circumstance, and because of the Labor Day holiday rush, he had to jump some hoops to fix things on our behalf. Kudos. Our room was clean and fully stocked to Motel 6 levels. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Great old silk mill that has been converted into a hotel. It's a great re-use of the space. The rooms are very nice, and the staff were very friendly.

Valentine Short Vaca, 2 nights here and 2 nights at Andaz. This hotel was more welcoming and made you feel really at home. Walking into the room with fireplace on, ad relaxing music was a plus 5. Bathroom was huge and sunken tub was just perfect. We loved the low lighting in the room, made it feel even more romantic, just what we needed. Absolutely magical setting. The most comfortable beds ever.

The hotel and the room was very nice. The front desk staff was also very nice. But beware of the slippery bathtubs. They have a rubber mat that you roll out yourself, but it's very small. My husband fell out of the bath tub because of a mis-step. We reported it to the front desk and filed a report just in case. I think he's fine, but remember to step on the rubber mat and not anywhere else in the tub.

Could use a cabinet in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put toiletries down while using the sink etc. Front seat was excellent. overall, great place to stay!

nice location

Beautiful hotel to stay at. We had a room with two double beds and it was big and spacious. It's pretty quiet and has a nice little area to have coffee outside. Would've loved to use the pool because it looked so nice and warm but it was raining so we didnt get to. I would say overall, we're very satisfied. My friends were very happy to stay here too.
