"The rooms were a little humid, but amazing housekeeping. The staffs were so helpful & professional. The mobile key card was unavailable per staff which was a bit inconvenience since we were at the pool & beach all day. Our balcony had a leak from the AC unit the whole time. Both of the BARs were amazing. They know how to make the drinks STRONGGG! Wish they had more options for food. The cafe had really good coffee too. They were having constructions at the front door at the time of our visit. Overall super satisfied with our stay with our kids. Our kids loved the pool and the beach!"

"Overall, everything was amazing. Location is great, directly on the beach with its own chair and towel area. Finding a chair was never an issue and the beach was somewhat quiet the whole time we were there. 7 minute uber ride from the airport and 15 minute Uber to Old San Juan. We stayed in the Aire de Olive room and although we had a view of buildings, we also had a great view of the ocean. Room was clean and spacious for a couple. Aesthetic of the room and hotel is beautiful! Every staff member we encountered were eager to help and always had a smile on their face. Special shout out to Diane who made the check in process very easy and seamless. She was informative and a delight to encounter. Do not hesitate to book!"

"My daughter and I checked in a little pass 4 pm check in time and Carlos forgot to give us our parking ticket that would save us some money being that a this beautiful large hotel doesn’t even offer parking to it’s guests. So paying the “low”$8 dollar fee a night was needed. Carlos probably forgot to mention it so we ended up paying $30 plus tax in less than 24 hour stay here. Unacceptable for less than a night’s stay when the plane you gotta catch is leaving 7am."
