"Notice losts of renovations being done. The only complaint we had was the water was not hot enough. Don’t know I guess maybe with all of the other guest the water of course lots of water was being used, but we were three days without not able to take a warm shower due to it not being hot enough and we complained about it two times and nothing was done. That is our only problem with the hotel."

"Rooms were excellent in the villa. Restaurants had great food. Wonderful pool and beach staff. Night manager was extremely helpful at check in after our flights were canceled and arriving a day late."

"It was a nice property. The only thing that was funny was no hot tub and the small size of the iron for clothes other than that, everything was fine. Will use again next trip."

"This was our favorite stay while in Puerto Rico. The hosts were so helpful and kind. Any recommendations they gave did not disappoint. Not to mention their delicious home made breakfast served every morning. We were affected by the water shortage but the hosts made sure we always had gallons of water provided to help reduce any inconvenience. We cannot recommend them enough!!!"

"Casa Parcha is something else! Sleeping in the middle of the forest to the sounds of hummingbirds, a river, and a waterfall in the background is just unbelievable. Waking up to that morning felt surreal. Felt completely safe the entire time and our host was super responsive — any question we had, they were right there. Never felt stranded or unsure about anything."
