Learn more about Tarrytown
Along the Hudson River, Gothic Revival splendor awaits at Lyndhurst Mansion, where turrets and gables frame spectacular water views. Literary pilgrims can visit Washington Irving's cottage Sunnyside in nearby Irvington, where the author of 'The Legend of Sleepy Hollow' once lived. The Tarrytown Music Hall, dating from 1885, hosts performances in a space where acoustics haven't needed electronic enhancement for over a century. Wander among the headstones at Sleepy Hollow Cemetery or tour Kykuit, the Rockefeller estate with art-filled rooms and terraced gardens. For outdoor enthusiasts, Rockefeller State Park Preserve offers miles of carriage roads perfect for walking beneath ancient trees. The Old Dutch Church stands as it has since the 1600s, proving that some places really are timeless.

Sleepy Hollow Hotel, a Dolce by Wyndham
"Great and plesent place"
Hilltop Inn & Suites
"The room was very clean but stark; no comfortable chair, no artwork, one desk and one luggage rack. Small TV. Mini fridge with microwave oven on top but no countertop for food prep. Breakfast included yogurts, small plain bagels, bread, mini muffins, cereal and apples. We would have liked bananas, oranges and some danish. Coffee was good."
Hyatt Regency Greenwich
"Loved this hotel- it was clean, had lots of amenities, and our room was very modern and well-decorated. Staff was helpful, welcoming, and kind, and room service was also quick. The only critiques were that we could hear almost everything happening in the hallway (so if you're a light sleeper, this would not be a great hotel for you) and it also felt somewhat frustrating to be charged to park in the very large lot that required a significant walk to the hotel and was not well-lit. Overall, would recommend with those caveats."
Radio Hotel
"Overall clean and just what we needed. Restaurant was closed, so we had to order food, but they do have snacks and drinks available"
