We loved our stay at the Sinclair Inn! The home is incredibly charming, the owners were kind and the town is delightful. Add in a delicious breakfast & my children have announced they never want to stay in a regular hotel again! We HIGHLY recommend this Bed & Breakfast!
The inn was extremely cozy, comforting. An old world charm. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room very clean. Loved the gas fireplace, couches, rocking chairs to hang out at night and chat. Breakfast was delicious and the tavern food amazing! Shout out to the chef. A busy night and our meals were spot on, cooked to perfection and so tasty. Thankyou for making our stay enjoyable!
We stayed in the Mountainview condos and we were really happy. it was modern, clean, and a nice stay for the weekend. There were 2 couples and with the 1 br it worked out really well. Even though there was 1 br, the living room area with the sofabed could be closed off and basically created another br. The kitchen was really useful with the fridge, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. We weren't planning on cooking but if someone wanted you could have because the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking...
We really enjoyed this property. The grounds were beautiful and having the trail system was a definite perk. The location was perfect for getting on the recreational trail and walking or riding bikes to dinner. The service was great and very friendly. The room was comfortable and efficient. The only very minor points is that the chairs on the balcony were far too short to actually see anything if you used them. The chairs were about a foot off the ground but the balcony had a 4-foot solid wall...
This was our 1st experience at a Bed&Breakfast it meet all our expectations. Valerie was a wonderful hostess with a great personality knew the area well gave great suggestions where to go and what to see. Her breakfasts were yummy and filling didn’t let us down. The view was beautiful the Inn was comfy and clean. Centrally located hope to return soon!
Pros - charming, beautiful, cozy, kind of historic, very "Austrian", delicious food, beautiful view. Many things to do on the property - fitness, yoga, pools, snowshoeing, cross country ski,(obviously we were here in winter ) , complimentary tea and cookies in the afternoon. Lots of Trapp family and Sound of Music memorabilia throughout the lodge.
Cons - If you're a Sound of Music fan, you'll be very disappointed to find out that the "Trapp Family Lodge" is not full of Trapp family working...
This property must have been wonderful about 3 years ago. Now it suffers from deferred maintenance. The ceiling over our shower was badly stained. The bathroom door damaged. Some spa amenities were out of order. The bar closes at 9 pm. Parking was great!
The Innsbruck Inn is a fantastic location to stay at on a trip to Stowe, Vermont. Located on the north end of the busy Mountain Road corridor, the Innsbruck Inn is a mere few hundred yards from the northern terminus of the Stowe Recreation Path. With two hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, indoor sauna, and a complimentary hot breakfast served daily, it is clear that the owners value guest experience above all else. All of the staff that I interacted with during my stay were extremely pleasant...
Very nice staff. Room was comfortable. Food was wonderful. They give you a choice of food for breakfast and they cook it fresh for you, FREE! The pool inside was heated and very clean. Hot tub was wonderful. Location was great. We recommend this motel.
Hotel was great, grounds were lovely, pool area has a great vibe and is a fun space to relax. Bar has good drink options. Good place to bring your family for a get away. Housekeeping could be a little more thorough, had to call to get trashes emptied. Other than that everything was great, will be going back.
Spruce Peak is an amazing complex. It is it's own little ski village with shops restaurants and entertainment. The perfect location with extremely convenient skiing accommodations. Very helpful, thoughtful, and courteous staff.
My Mom and I were taking a trip through Vermont to see the beautiful colors in the fall. Our last nights stay was at the Butler House in Stowe. As soon as we walked in and went to our room it just felt like a nice and cozy place to sleep. Felt like a little piece of home away from home. Mom and I almost didn't want to leave to go walk around town it was so nice! We were only there for a small amount of time but it would be a fantastic place to stay for longer stays. It was located right in the...
