When making the reservations I had made some special requests, the manager called shortly after receiving our reservations to make sure he could fulfill those requests and then came to the room on our arrival to be sure everything met with our approval. It was great having 8 pillows for 2 queen beds. I needed to supplement the breakfast buffet since I have both gluten and dairy food intolerances. The room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well. The furniture was attractive and functional.
Very pleasant staff. We had an issue with the people upstairs. They had small kids that were very noisy and my daughter had just had surgery. We were moved to a new room quickly so she could rest. Robbie is a great host. Went out of his way to make sure we were welcome and comfortable. He handled the power outage due to the hurricane with candles and things to make us more comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.
Excellent hotel, easy to find and close to everything that we were in town for. The staff was very helpful and answered all the questions that we had. We even had a problem with our car and they recommended a shop to get it fixed. Highly recommend this hotel and any in the chain.
