2/10 Terrible

"The hotel room was not well maintained. There was no microwave where there should have been one. The mini fridge below where the microwave should have been was clean but a bit wobbly. There was only one towel in the bathroom upon arrival and the bottom part of handicap bar in the shower was not attached. I went to grab onto it while showering and it swung to the right almost causing me to fall. Later on, I went to the front office to ask for more towels because they do not have phones in the hotel room to call the front desk. Once back in the room, I noticed a brown stain on one of the towels the person at the front desk had just given me."

"The hotel was at a perfect location with easy access to bus stops to and from NY. The property was clean and quiet for the most part. The breakfast had variety and good seating space. The hotel has access to gym and pool if you’re staying longer. The front desk was super helpful and stored our luggage so that we could travel conveniently."

"We decided to book a staycation for one night over the rainy Memorial Day weekend. Our main hope was to use the pool for our three small children. Unfortunately, the pool was FREEZING. We expressed this concern to 3 different staff members and were shrugged off each time. It was very frustrating. The breakfast buffet was good and had a lot of options."

"The lobby looks great but the room needs updating. The vent in the bathroom was falling off. There were rust spots on the bathroom ceiling. It took the water a while to get hot. The room was in the back of hotel and there was a shed and space that could be used as a hiding spot. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it. One night stay was too much."

"The rooms were very nice and impeccably clean. The common areas were clean, but not usable. The advertised "restaurant", looked like a mini cafeteria, but it was closed both times we were there, and looked like it hadn't been in use for a while. The snack area had very little options and was extremely overpriced. There were boxes and other items cluttering the patio and exercise room. It's unfortunate because it's a very nice hotel. We would have used the common areas as we were there for a medical procedure at a nearby hospital. If you are only looking for a place to sleep, it's fine."
