The Sunrise is outwardly a motel with the exterior corridors, but the room furnishings (bed, bathroom) were hotel quality. It had none of the shabbiness one usually sees at a motel. We had an impromptu mid week getaway, and the UB was absolutely perfect. We had a very quiet and clean room, ample parking, and open availability at the Pub. We did day trips, and came back to enjoy a leisurely evening. Due to the time of year, there was nothing open elsewhere locally, but we were ok with that. Staff was wonderful - friendly, and accommodating.

Went to Ogunquit for a weekend getaway. The Grand Hotel was a quaint and charming place. Building is older so we could hear when people were talking (or snoring) next door. Rooms come equipped with white noise machines which helps reduce the exterior noise. The location can't be beat as it's locating almost perfectly between Perkins Cove and "the strip" in town. We would definitely stay there again.
