"Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Not great, but filling. The hotel had nice sitting areas both inside and out. The pool area was especially inviting, but it was too cold to enjoy when we stayed. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint was the mattress. It was too hard for my back. The fridge was a plus!"

"Best Western Coach House in Sringfield, Missouri was very comfortable , clean and friendly. Even though it is an older property, it is well maintained. You can park outside your suite. Breakfast was excellent !"

"The hotel was beautiful, and the amenities were nice. We had a balcony room that had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was kind and courteous, and the rooftop bar was great. The record player was a nice added touch as well. However, we did not have toiletries in the shower as they did not get refilled and the floor needed mopped in the room."

"In the wheelchair accessible room, there's a drain near the toilet. When rolling over it, the "grate/cover" popped off (apparently it wasn't installed correctly), dropping my front wheel into a huge hole, which stopped my chair immediately and launched me head first into the wall. In the shower, the mounted rod the hand-held shower head was on came apart immediately upon grabbing it. Apparently that wall mount wasn't installed correctly either. Other than the injuries going head-first into the wall, the hotel was nice, clean, polite staff, and the food was great. "

I did have a bit of a struggle getting my key to work at the side door but young gentleman came out and assisted me. "
