Awesome customer service! Beds are comfortable. Room as clean. Housekeeping was extremely friendly!’ I’m not sure how I’ve looked past this hotel all this time, but it is now my favorite place to stay!

Comfortable beds & pillow, quiet, and great location! Pleasantly surprised by the fresh breakfast as well.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetics of the property. It reminded me of the retro-inspired place I stayed at in Wildwoods, NJ. Staff was quite eager to help out and give recommendations. I think the one issue I had was the stairway to the second floor. I'm clumsy, so that stairway was scary. The middle courtyard would be fun in warmer weather.

Me andown my husband went here for a 2 night getaway. It was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast was very good, better than most free breakfast buffets at hotels. The pool was fun and was a good temperature. What sticks out most was the staff. The front desk gentleman, who I wish I remembered his name, was fantastic both at check in and check out. And all of the other staff we encountered we wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel staff was very friendly at the front desk during check-in. There was a long line but moved quickly. There was a discrepancy with my total stay and was immediately fixed by the nice lady that checked us in. Room was very clean. Nice view of the city. Offered shuttle service to an from Little Caesars Arena.

We stay at Cambria whenever we want to do an overnight downtown. It’s not right in the middle of the action downtown, which we like, but close enough to take an affordable uber. The decor is stunning, the staff are always very friendly and helpful, and it’s very clean. The only things I would recommend is getting a better brand of bottled water for the rooms, and also having something in the rooms that gives more info on everything the hotel has to offer, like the restaurants, bars,...

Clean room with alot of space. Parking sucked, there were boats everywhere which made some folks have to park across the street at another Hotel lol

The place is a historical building with a lot of old world charm! The room was comfortable a bit dated with a clean bathroom. They are renovating 2 of the other two houses with future plans to fully renovated

I noticed that the room was very clean. It was quiet and very comfortable. I was surprised.

Clean and quiet and the staff was very friendly. Close to freeway and breakfast was good. They had a 24 hour business center which was great to check in and print our boarding passes.

Easy check in. Great stafff - everyone is so kind, nice and helpful. Our favorite server was Rocco 😀

Hallways smell terrible otherwise good people are friendly

We sayed there for the Rolling Stones concert. Checked in at 1:30 pm. Took about 15 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Had zero issues. Walked to Ford Field. Felt safe. I know others checking in later in day had to wait for there room to get ready. I guess we got lucky. Either way you need to have patience. They are short staffed. Just like every other business.

The whole hotel smelled clean and the staff was sooo nice as well. They gave you multiple options as far as pillow choices which is nice. We weren’t able to take advantage of the breakfast but it was nice to have as an option. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself, is nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable! But, the wall outside our room obviously had water damage because the wallpaper was peeling up from the bottom. Our toaster didn't work and the bathroom sink stopper didn't work. Basic pandemic breakfast (Jimmy Dean sandwiches, cereal, bagels). Hotel just needed some maintenance updates. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Would recommend.
