The hotel location was great. It was about 10 minutes to our event. The staff from the time we checked in to when we went to the bar for dinner was amazing. The added bonus with the balcony was great. I love the fact that the balcony is on the inside. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The food at Mr D's was awesome. We caught the happy hour which was even better. The prices were not expensive. Although it is right outside of the airport, we did not hear the planes...

Booking was easy. Arrival was smooth, even on a busy, rainy, local college graduation (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) weekend . The new front desk manager had to untangle our multiple source reservation & handled it well, making us feel rightfully not responsible for the mix up. Appreciated her & her colleague’s kindness. Rooms comfortable, but neighbors children were a bit loud coming into their room, though they settled down quickly. I would just be concerned if guests need to be sure they...

My family snd I loved this Hotel! Excellent service, extremely friendly and helpful. One downside was they didn't have a place where you could use a computer if you didn't have your own and print documents. The staff was very helpful and printed some things out but I'd prefer to do my own as then I know no one else is looking at my information is all. No offense inteto the staff who helped, again thank you fir accommodating my peinting needs just wish I could have had the privacy to do it...

If there was a word to describe above excellent or perfection, that's the word I would use for this hotel. Everything, from cleaning, service, employees to delicious breakfast, great pool, easy parking.....absolutely everything was 10 . They even have laundry on site and it's free. The rooms are very spacious and come well equipped with everything needed (they have full kitchens in the suites!!!). We are a family of five with 3 children traveling around US for a year and so far this is the best...

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at the Hampton Inn. The staff was welcoming, informative, and kind. The lobby was warm with complementary coffee and tea, and the staff was happy to answer any questions. The room was impecably clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check out was at 11am, but we overslept... we received a courtesy call at 11:17 asking if we planned on staying another night or if we wanted extended check out. They were very understanding and accommodating....

Let me tell you how amazing this hotel is, they are very special needs friendly. We arrived after closing of the pool, upon hear my secretly Autistic son, wanted to swim the front desk gentleman open the pool just for him. All the front desk people were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to capital district.

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

The rooms were clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the 24/7 coffee station. Ok water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but the products were very high end. Great staff. The area was fantastic. You don’t have to drive anywhere. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and much more right at your finger tips. Very cute town, a bit pricey.

Great location, can walk to downtown, race track and even the performing arts center. Staff was excellent and facility was very clean

I traveled with my boyfriend and our 4 year old. The property was very clean. Breakfast staff were the only ones I came in direct contact with since I did online check-in. The woman in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. The room was perfect. I only wish the bottle water for members was left in the room prior to check-in. I never received mine.

We loved our room. We loved that everything was new and gorgeous. We loved that we could buy a midnight snack. We loved the reasonable pricing. We loved that the location was so convenient for us.
