This was a clean and comfortable property with great woods and pond views just outside the village of Walton. The fire pit and table tennis table added a lot to our experience.
The hotel was amazing. Had everything you needed. Felt like your home away from home. The staff was very friendly. Location was ideal for staying in Walton, NY. The view was beautiful in the back. Had picnic tables and a grill if you wanted to cook.

Stayed 6 nights while transitioning to a permanent move to the area and it was an ideal hotel for that purpose. Location was great...near shopping, eateries, highways. Although we didn't try it, there's even a restaurant/pub (with a pool table) in the hotel that's open evenings. Room was super comfortable and spacious. Staff was extremely friendly. Hot breakfast in a large breakfast area was key. I don't have a single complaint...well, an ottoman for the armchair in the room would've been nice. ...

Ended up with an alternate room in the main house! Very clean and comfortable! Staff asked if we would be willing to take a non pet friendly room instead of the one we originally booked! Very clean. We chose a smaller room and it had everything we needed without losing character or feeling cramped. Restaurant was very good, albeit expensive. The continental breakfast was nice. Inn has been beautifully restored- a lot of care and time went into the choices. We really enjoyed the breakfast area view and sunshine. Nice trail behind the Inn- goes 14 miles if you have the time and energy!!
Super high-end rooms, great touches, grounds were lovely, main building was quaint but totally updated. Clean neat, they thought of everything for a guest. We will be finding an excuse to visit again.
