"Way spacious, clean and convenient to all the parks and Disney Springs. Only issue was the timing of getting a shuttle for escort to/from restaurants on property. Will definitely stay again"

"Great stay, very comfortable. A little dated but clean. FYI if you are booking a 2 bedroom suite it is actually 2 separate 1 bedroom apartments that share a foyer. Super cute for families but if you are looking to book a 2br suite to share with 1 other person it’s totally separate and likely too big unless you are looking for complete privacy. I was not aware until we checked into our room. "

"Had a great stay at Universal Endless Summer – Dockside Inn and Suites. The room was good and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very nice and well maintained. The laundry facilities were excellent and very convenient during the trip. The transportation to the parks and CityWalk was exceptional — very efficient and easy to use. The location is also excellent, with quick access to everything. Overall, a great value and a very pleasant stay!"

"Hotel is nice, decent price. Parking should be included in price. If you have a poolside room, be prepared for the lights to shine all night long. Curtains do not fully cover for blackout"

"Let me just say, this hotel is cool, but the staff is what makes it great. One of the few places where customer service is still going strong. When we checked in we arrived a couple hours early they had a room available for us to check in which was super convenient after our long drive, also he wished me a happy mother's day and gave me a voucher for two free drinks at the bar. The flowrider was so cool, the water slides were awesome. The only complaint we had and it's just gonna make us come back so we can try it, was one of the kids water slide activity areas was under construction or cleaning during or stay and our 4 year old was bummed because obviously it looked so cool, but the positive side they did have the two other slides at the other side of the hotel open, and there was a little toddler splash pad area, as well as the two pools. They have different food options in the marketplace, a coffee bar, the movie theater playing movies all day, an activity schedule for kids, and I think I saw two arcades! The room was big, and our daughter thought the bunk beds were so cool!"

"Clean room, pool nice and big. Elevators need some attention (broken buttons, emergency phone constantly going off, somewhat dirty)."

"Very nice hotel that was probably the nicest one I ever stayed at. I went down for my birthday and they had bars, food places, and a stores at the hotel itself. My room had a private hot tub which I greatly loved. My only complaint is that the state had an almost record low so the hot water was struggling a little bit. However as soon as I told them, they went straight to trying to fix it."
