"What a beautiful property!! Plenty of amenities and restaurants. Also within walking distance to the boardwalk and Epcot! "

"Do not stay here if you are not staying in the new tower. They only cater to those staying in the tower. The other rooms are run down and smell really bad, broken phones, nails exposed, broken hooks etc etc... Some staff members do not know what customers service is need to learn how to smile more. There's bugs in the old rooms, staff aware and nothing is done. House keeping says they will come clean and never show up. Don't bother with the front desk they will not try to make you stay better. "

"The room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful! Three different pools, the one closest to us in Key west village was not too crowded and very nice! The only thing I will say is I felt too far from everything in the back villas. Otherwise everything was great! "

"The resort was okay. Lots of pools for the kids, nice arcade and nice walking paths. Took advantage of the big swan paddle boats. The resort itself was a maze. Very difficult to navigate. The rooms were large but could use a bit more updating. Overall it was pleasant and we beat the spring break crowd which was perfect!!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was awesome. Mini golf was fun and good value. Staff was very friendly and good. Especially Oscar at zimmies "

"Clean room but could use an update. Amenities were great. The shuttle was the best part. Free shuttle to Universal and we got there before the park opened. There was breakfast for a fee but we did not try it. There was a little convenience store for grab and go items but a little expensive. They had a restaurant where we got togo food one night which was pretty good. Staff was great! Will be staying here again!"
