"I needed to type up some work in the evening but the room was very gloomy due to poor lighting. I had to work in the main hotel lobby.
Also there was a kettle and teabags in the room but no coffee. I asked for some but they do not provide coffee in the rooms which I could not understand given that I was in Brazil who are a major coffee producer!!!"
