Great Customer Service by Duber and Forrest. I have stayed at this hotel probably 5 times over the last 4 or 5 years. It has been remodeled, and looks nice, but they took the ceiling fans out of the room which I would prefer they still had them. Also, the pool is usually closed whenever I am there--not sure why--but then the price should be lower. Breakfast was great though a "free-for-all" with no apparent line so there was some awkwardness.
