I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was maintained. The property was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable which gave me a good night sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The hotel has been open for about 1 month. The rooms are very large and comfortable, equipped with a mini kitchen. It is conducive to long stays and would work well for business travellers. The staff was extremely friendly. This is my hotel of choice when staying in this area just north of Birmingham.

Very nice property. Comfy room and bed, and great breakfast. Very clean and new. We really enjoyed our stay here before flying home from Birmingham Airport.

Room was clean along with the bathroom, shower was roomy and had good water pressure. TV worked fine, all lights were working, plenty of clean towels. They had a small pool and exercise room. Parking lot was well lit and plenty of parking. This location was just over a small hill from Interstate 65 which meant it was a little more quiet than some others. Staff was very polite and very helpful. Plenty to eat in the morning if you wanted that.

The customer service is was makes the hotel! Everyone wasnt as bubbly/happy, but Alicia and Della from the kitchen are the perfect example of great employees and perfect face for representing this company.

Really nice facilities, the staff as exceptional. The lemon water in the lobby was always refreshing. We enjoyed the daily news paper being available. We highly recommend this location and we will definitely stay here again. I was able to exercise, relax and sleep peacefully. Super super safe location.

Nice hotel located in a nice area. The hotel itself is tucked away in a secluded location but is still very close to every shop you might need. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Typical amenities that you expect. A free hot breakfast in the morning. We stayed here as a resting point on our way to Florida because our normal hotel (Drury Inn - the highly rated one) was full. Everything about our suite, stay, and service was fabulous!!! The Front Desk Profesdionals and Jeanette, the Breakfast Chef, did a great job!

This is a very nice and clean hotel with a very personable staff. Tiffany and others went out of their way to assist in dealing with an issue caused by Expedia booking. Despite a fully booked hotel, Tiffany managed to juggle accommodations to ensure our family vacation wasn't ruined. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here while attending a weekend ice hockey tournament. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, a typical continental breakfast. They did run out of sausage gravy for the biscuits and did not replenish it. The room and bathroom were very clean. It was a short walk to the Pelham ice rink. I would definitely stay there again.

I am a very picky person, with 4 girls, and a very light sleeper. We were passing through in route to VA and was extremely fatigued. I called front desk to see if they could accomodate my early check in, as well as place me on the highest floor away from the noise - no adjoining room and they did just that! Literally a life saver.
