"Nice, clean, easy ambiance to relax. Very friendly service from the staff and the owners. Sebastian and his daughter Lima take very much care of their pousada and their guests to make them feel comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh fruits, bread and eggs. The room is clean, neat and nicely decorated. The Pousada is a few yards from the beach, close enough to the city of Trancoso to have a nice diner, but far enough to rest and forget about the world for a few days. Good place to stay...

The rooms are gorgeous, a combination of rusticity and luxury, the surrounding nature is amazing, breakfast was delicious and varied, drinks by the pool were heavenly. The village square is a short walk from the hotel and every restaurant is excellent. We only wish we had more time to try them all. Trancoso is unlike anywhere I’ve ever been and this hotel captures its essence perfectly."

"Most beautiful property right on the most beautiful beach. But what makes this property stunning is the design and maintenance of their landscape. It's like you pass through their gates and arrived in paradise. Their staff are the most friendly and attentive staff taking care of all our needs from before our arrival to after we left. The location was also perfect. Just a few minute drive to the town square. I would never stay anywhere else in Trancoso. Can't wait to return."

"I can’t say enough good things about Pousada Quarto Crescente. The rooms are beautiful with huge bathrooms. The compound itself lovely with great tropical landscaping. Best of all are the people. Everyone there was wonderful. Also included were complimentary daily passes to a great gym. On leaving I was given two huge lemon cakes. Probably the best hotel experience I’ve ever had."
