"Considering the very low price, compared to budget hotels, this was beyond my expectations!! Suite room was luxurious...like a Marriott suite in midtown ATL that cost 3x price of this. Staff helpful and friendly (except one not so much) and met my requests quickly. Only cons...no light fixture in bathroom by sink and light near bathtub area wasn't strong enough to help. Also, housekeeping disturbed me twice, one time he actually opened my door and didn't even knock"

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Loved the urban living amenities and accessibility. However, one thing i have to point out is the floor wasn't mopped when we arrived. We have a 16 months old child and he likes picking things and scrolling on the floor. My wife had to mop the entire floor in order to meet our expectations but othert than that it's a nice hotel"

"Stayed in a king room for an event (minus car) and found this to be an good option for a business stay in the immediate area or for events. The bed was maybe the best I've ever slept in, the room was spacious, hot water was more than ample, and soundproofing despite second floor next to elevator held up. Shuttle runs in a loop to nearby Metro and mall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Had breakfast buffet, was tasty and had many good options including protein. Note that there is a daily charge for parking, also breakfast is not cheap, account for this in price comparisons."

"The upholstery headboards need cleaning, several path areas on ceiling. Hot tub out of order and Friday advertised as $10 old fashioned come to find out it's only a few hours on Friday. Truly misleading, also I liked it better when weekend guest did not have to pay for parking. Space still nice but bathrooms, headboard and ceiling could use an upgrade. Also hallways spelled of old water damage."
