"This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel, the rooms are very well kept, never had any issues actually with anything. And I would really like to say that I was checked in on both occasions by a gentleman by the name of Samuel. He is always so polite, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to converse with. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that my stay is a good one and that I have everything I need for my stay."
