"I highly recommend the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa/Short Pump! I stayed for 3 days in Dec 2025 and had an excellent experience. I was extremely pleased with everything. The overall cleanliness was spotless. The desk staff were friendly and professional. The food and drinks at the bar were delicious. The bar staff was attentive and engaging. I had so much fun getting to know the bartenders and exchanging stories. I also went to the spa on my last day and had the BEST massage I've had in a long time. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the masseuses name, but she is from Ukraine and she has magic fingers. My neck muscles and frozen shoulder felt 1000% better after the massage. The walk from the spa to my car was like floating on a cloud. I also met a woman in the waiting area who described the fantastic spa experience she had. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter in Midlothian next month. I'm looking forward to the hotel stay and another spa service. "
